DELEBIEN Swiss Made Watches is a young watchmaking start-up born on the shores of Lake Geneva in 2020/1441 from the ambition of a passionate watchmaker.The DELEBIEN Swiss Made Watches concept is very simple! Merge the East and the West into a single high-quality Swiss timepiece. The first collection consists of two very beautiful models for men and women with classic quartz movements. The design is exceptional and unique, an oriental style with a beautiful reminder engraved on each watch and a numbering in eastern arabic numerals. Each model is only produced in a limited series of 99 pieces and has a certificate of authenticity. This certificate of authenticity makes it possible to follow a DELEBIEN Swiss Made Watch throughout its existence.

A unique camel leather strap is available to dress the men's model.

DELEBIEN is a premium watch brand founded on values of authenticity, excellence, originality, exclusivity, responsibility and generosity. These values guide our daily work. DELEBIEN has decided to accommodate Swiss excellence and a price accessible to all.

It offers itself as an authentic and affordable alternative to luxury watchmaking. In a spirit of fair trade, our margins are maintained at a maximum cost ratio of 2, very far from the standards of Swiss luxury watches, giving our watches very good value of quality/ money /uniqueness.

Compliance with strict ethical standards is an essential aspect of corporate identity. Therefore, DELEBIEN uses no precious stones, gold, platinum or diamonds in its watches for ethical and religious reasons. Generosity also manifests itself through our Foundation.

Indeed, DELEBIEN undertakes to donate 10% of these profits to the DELEBIEN Foundation against poverty which aims to carry out charitable works in the world. More details on the projects under the heading “DELEBIEN Foundation against poverty”.

The Swiss made Label

The DELEBIEN collection bears witness to unique Swiss watchmaking expertise that meets the most stringent professional requirements. It is in the canton of Solothurn, Switzerland, that dedicated watchmakers design, assemble and ensure the meticulous manufacture of DELEBIEN watches. The rigor of checks and the attention paid to every detail allow the DELEBIEN company to proudly display the Swiss Made label.

Warranty

Each DELEBIEN watch is guaranteed for two years against any defects in parts and manufacturing existing at the time of its purchase. We recommend that you examine your watch upon receipt to ensure that it is correct and free from defects. Otherwise, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the date of your purchase to file a complaint. The warranty does not cover the following cases: damage caused by not taking into account the content of the technical manual, malfunctions resulting from inappropriate use of the watch and accidents. Any intervention on the watch outside the network of service centers approved by DELEBIEN will void the warranty.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is free for all orders of DELEBIEN watches. The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery area. As an indication, D+3 for Switzerland, D+7 for Europe and D+10 for the rest of the world. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from DELEBIEN. The carrier will then tell you how to take charge of your order and will specify the date and time of delivery. Each package is insured and delivered by hand to the recipient against signature. DELEBIEN does not collect any VAT, duty or customs fees on orders destined for countries outside the EU. This is a tax collected and charged by your local government.

In case of return, the products must be returned at your expense in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items worn, damaged or incomplete may not be returned and will be sent back to you as-is, at your expense. In order to keep you informed of the risks linked to the return of the product, it is recommended that you return your order by registered post.

Once your return has been validated, we will immediately undertake a refund and send a confirmation email. Then, the time it takes to re-credit your credit card will depend on the company that issued your card.

Payment and billing

Payment is made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or by bank transfer. Payment in local currency is possible; do not hesitate to contact us for more details The prices indicated are exclusive of VAT. For each order placed an invoice will be issued.

This document will be sent as an attachment with the email confirming the shipment of the package.

Maintenance tips

Whether your daily life is often hectic or sometimes quieter, your watch is a witness to this. It is thus advisable to respect some basic rules of correct treatment in order to preserve its longevity. To protect the movement parts from possible infiltration, it is essential that the crown and buttons are always pushed back against the case. Particular attention should therefore be paid to this, especially after setting the time or the functions.

Camel leather is a natural material of which the beauty and longevity should be preserved by avoiding too frequent contact with water, oils or cosmetics. The metal bracelet does not require any particular maintenance, other than occasional light cleaning with a soft brush.
